I have heard this so many times from young teenagers going through their hormonal changes; from weird urges to uncontrollable actions people say it all...

But there is just one thing I always hear and it ticks me off, 'I was just experimenting' most people have the mental capabilities of understanding something without actually having to experience it, assumptions you could say.

If you clearly state your 'X' but then go do 'Y' that makes you nether X or Y so you can't be a straight female but enjoy eating out other women and still be straight and same goes for men, even if you did it once just to 'experiment' it’s like taking a gun then go shoot someone dead just to experience what it feels like to kill somebody then say I’m not a murder it won't work in court, work nor even in everyday society, so for all you people that conceal what their undisputed meaning is by using lousy excuses such as curiosity or experimenting, it's a load of bull you know what you were doing regardless of how old you where.

Question: Why do people have to be so in denial and make up lousy excuses...?

I would say that a lot of it would have to do with people being afraid to admit to themselves that they are gay. There's still a significant cultural stigma attached to homosexuality, and we might as well face it, a lot of people aren't pleased about the prospect of being gay.

Because it can be true. Some people try anal. But that doesn't make them gay. Don't make assumptions about people when you don't know.

Well there comes a time when curiosity is no longer being curious. Experimenting once is being curious. Once you have done it more than once you are enjoying it and no longer experimenting.

I disagree with Nick about experimenting and then you are gay. But he does have a point too a lot of people will use curiosity as their excuse to keep having gay sex.

The OP is not trying to judge people here he is just trying to say that he doesn't believe once you have done a gay act that you are straight any more.

I don't agree with him but I do see his point though.

i wouldn't go calling "bullshit" every time someone says they were experimenting, you don't know the circumstances around the situation. they could have been drunk and partying, just bored, or truly curious. also experimenting is completely normal, and just because you have a sexual experience with someone of the same gender, it does not make you a homosexual.
