Even though it is a racial stereotype, a lot of black men can be bigger than White men. Even though I am bigger than my black friend, he
could have been bigger than me.

Nope! Penis size is largely determined by species membership.

However, there's some variation, even within species. With black men, remembering that they originated in Africa (where it's hot), things tend to hang lower for cooling purposes, so black men might have slightly larger unerect penises.

A Sam FYI: Black men also have very tightly curled hair b/c the curls act as cooling coils, delivering cooler air to the head, another evolutionary development owing to the heat of the natural environment where they originated!

They say there blacks have the biggest but in other parts of the worlds where surveys have been made Caucasian can have the bigger, it can be random but that table gives you a rough idea.
