One billion percent normal. In more detail:

When you begin puberty, your body releases an uber surge of hormones which cause you to do and think about incredibly strange things. Curiosity for other boys your age, is definitely one of them.

It seems to pretty common among teens to do so. I don't think it'd wrong jus common curiosity.

Humans are curious by nature. I think it's totally fine dude.

It's totally normal! As the others said, some teenagers just do it out of plain, natural curiosity (since we're all changing & going through puberty).

It is normal to want to, not necissarily "not normal" to do so, but more uncommon.

Most guys are freaked out by and kind of insinuation of gay I can understand how the posts are some what anti gay.

I'd certainly say its normal. A few people might disagree, but what no one can dispute is that it's common. I'd say a solid majority of guys do it at some point.

That's probably the most normal thing a guy in puberty can do. Everyone is naturally competitive or curious.

Don't worry about yours being too small, because you're still growing and can end up larger than them. :D

Yes completely natural. I think It's because we have a lot of curiosity about our developing of our body and we need to compare it. I have done it many times. Anyway, there's nothing to worry about.
