Sorry if this doesn't beong here, but only place I could think of.

Well today my mom and I went swimming and when I was done and went into locker room my phone wasn't there. Now just woundering what's the easiest way of canceling the plan and not have my grandparents know abou it or my mom. The plan is under my other grandmother who I plan on calling to inform her so she can cancel it, but I don't want to let my grandparents here know so I'm thinking I should just wait until I have the house to myself.

Now orrigionally I would inform them and cancel it ASAP, but I'm just woundering if it needs to be ASAP because of my phone. It has zero internet access what-so-ever so whoever stole it can't access the internet with my phone and they can't connect it to their computer without the download for my phone. All my phone can do that I find can cause me problems is the fact that it can text and make calls. I've already informed my friends about that but under those conditions can I wait to cancel my phone or should I still cancel it ASAP?

Yes, I would cancel it as soon as possible.

Also check to see if your are able to ring your phone provider to see if they can block your actual phone from working to make it useless to the thief.

If it's a newer phone, and it's still on (With your SIM card in mind you), your carrier should be able to go one step further than just blocking your phone from working.

They can activate the aGPS reciever in your phone, and track it.
Let you know where it's at.
That's if whoever took it was stupid enough to leave the SIM card in though.

Well about that I got my phone 2 years ago but they did put in a little thin blue card thing in my phone when they activated it. I'm not sure what that card was though.

This is easy.
All you have to do is call your provider and tell them that you have a lost/stolen phone. They will basically turn the phone off after that. Depending on the provider they will take off all charges in a certain time period. Also, some phones are tracked. So that may be able to help you.

But you need to do this ASAP before something bad happens :P

Why wait? Last, you don't have to "cancel" it, just report it lost/stolen.
