yes they are...they're more noticible for girls cause of the whole "PMS" stuff....but it DOES happen to guys...just on a much longer term.

You might feel depressed for like 4 nights in a row, you might turn emo, you might start to smoke pot....etc

Your a bit weaker emotionaly...but deal with it well and you'll be good :D

yea, i got them more last year and MAN did i get them. id be happy and somebody would say something and id lash out at them :P but i dont get them that much now

if someone/something pisses me off, i get pissed off at everyone else for the rest of the day

Yea they normal, and esoecially for me. When I get them, I want to blow up everybody and thing. I just Feel so depressed.Everybody gets on my nerve, even my parents. I got one about a week ago, I think its gone now, Don't feel bad about them, It's life.

But when a girl gets them, it is very agrivating. Sometimes I want to fight them just because they mad and yelling at me for no reason. It seems worser with a girl than guy.

Yea they are. I get them sometimes, like for example today, we had to do dances in gym, and Im with 3 girls and 2 other guys, and these 2 girls were hitting me becuase I wouldn't participate, so i snapped that them. Usually I flirt, but this time i was all out, calling them bitches.

when you get the whole "mood swings" it'll take about a year or so to completely straighten things out (don't worry..you it won't go completely out of hand....much)

Sometimes the "mood swings phase" can be triggered by something. For me it was my first dating expirence in the summer of grade 10. Ya, mentaly i guess i grew a little slow :P.

When its over, you feel SOOOO much better
