Difficult to answer nico because it varies for me. I've voted for lying down, which is what I would usually do on my bed, although I like to prop my head up on a couple of pillows rather than being completely flat. But I very often wank in the bathroom too, in which case I sit on the toilet with the lid closed. If I'm watching porn I will probably be sitting on my bed much like sandy described above.
