Yeah. Since you're so young, your body is probably not developed enough to produce enough semen for it to all come out. Some of it may stay in your urethra and either have to be pushed out, dribble out, or pushed out by urine.

Pre-ejaculate comes out before you orgasm, as it acts like a natural lubricant. When you orgasm and ejaculate (cum), you are ejaculating sperm, it is just undeveloped. As in, it's more sugar water stuff and less semen, but it is not pre-ejaculate. Based upon what you have described I think you have ejaculated semen. You might not be able to produce sperm at this point, but you at least seem to be producing seminal fluid which carries the sperm. I reckon congratulations are in order for your first ejaculation.
