how many showers

I heard stories and also have had girls poor hygiene and just wanted to ask how many showers you take in one day? for guys and girls?

In the school year, I ALWAYS shower prior to school and if it was a rough day at night too. In the summer, if all i do is work that day, I get up, go to work, shower after I get home from work because I will have gross chemicals in my hair and its nasty.

I shower once a day. Some time depending on if I have gotten all sweaty from playing sports or umpiring I will shower when I get home. I will also take a warm bath to relax or a cool bath to col my body down if I have gotten too hot during the day.

After sports practices/games, I always shower as well. I might not always wash my hair, I don't want it to get too dried off, but I definitely wash my body and what not. If I do have the urge to wash my hair, I will only wash it, not put conditioner in.

Since summer started, I like taking showers twice a day, immediately when I wake up, and a few hours before I go to bed (so I dry off). But in the school year, I only took one in the morning. Idk why I changed.
