lately ive been having conversations with people that arent there. these will go on for long amounts of time, and after words i get confused, or disoriented, because i snap back to the real world. i also think that im holding things, and when i look down at them, they are gone. i will find inanimate objects, like rocks, and get emotionally attached to them. i have tourettes, adhd, and ocd. i am double brained, and have an abnormally large IQ, and i have the top english scores in the state, #5 in the country. im not stressed at all, i am very happy.
i also feel disconected, and dreamy at strange times.

I would talk to your doctor about this. Since none of us here are doctors or psychologists, we can't really say for sure what the problem is. I can say, however, that this sounds like something to check out. It's good that you can recognize that these people you're talking with aren't real, but the fact that you don't realize it in the moment while it's occurring shows that you're not as in touch with reality as you probably should be.

If you're on any medications for your OCD, ADHD, or Tourette's, especially if any of them have recently been added or changed, those may need to be looked at to make sure they're not affecting the recent changes in your mental state. Regardless of whatever the cause happens to be, though, I really do recommend that you make an appointment to see your doctor soon. :)

Sounds like a job for.....DR. MAN!
Like what Kaleidoscope Eyes said, see a doctor. I used to do this, but I grew out of it. I also have a mild form of OCD and ADHD. I used to take medications.

That might be it.
But I don't know. It's something you need to see your doctor about,

Did you stop taking them on your own, or with the doctor's advice? Never suddenly stop taking any prescription drugs without consulting your doctor--it usually causes a lot of wacky things to go on. If that's what you did, it could be related to what's going on with you now. If you don't like the way a certain pill makes you feel, or you don't think it's working right, keep taking it but tell your doctor. They'll help you to find an alternative treatment and can advise you on how to gradually quit the bad medication, if it's necessary to take steps down before stopping altogether.

it make me feel artificial, and like i cant take care of my self. it puts me onto a drugged up sleep. when im not on the meds, im so much happier, and lighter.

Well if you feel that way you need to talk about that with whoever prescribes your meds.

Having random conversations and holding invisible things is a bit bad.. However if it doesn't bother your daily stuff & your life in general thats something to tolerate

However it is NEVER a good idea to go off any type of medication without consulting your doctor there can be serious effects..

As nice as that is, everyone technically has two brains.

The meds I take (when I take them that is) do make me pretty drowsy but otherwise I can be hallucinating away at times.

But, do you feel like you're getting pulled out of your body and then when you're back in, you're no longer disoriented? The feelings of holding something heavy though can be a symptom either of your meds or if it's when you're not on your meds, it can be a symptom of something else.
