Are you talking about just a normal ciggarette?
The first time you have it, it can make you feel a bit nauseas, out of breath or faint. This is because we are not used to the harsh chemicals going into our bodies. If you continue to smoke and it still makes you feel nauseas, then obviously smoking is not for you, and you might want to stop.
There is also a 'rumour' that says you should not smoke on an empty stomach, so try that. However with the research I'm doing at the moment, it shows no reason to why you can't, but give it ago whilst you're not hungry or something. Or better yet, DON'T do it at all. You're killing yourself :)

Strong cigarettes tend to make you light headed. It is normal for beginners to feel that way, or experienced smokers that are not used to inhaling something that strong.
Though i recommend you quit either way, if the nausea doesn't go away, smoking is probably not for you.

If it's your first time, you're prone to feeling nauseated.

more than one cigars gives me nausea
but yeah, if you've never smoked, and you smoke a whole pack in one day, or even half of that, you will more than likely throw up

The nicotine in cigarettes causes nausea for those who are not accustomed to (tolerant of) it. This is true for cigars, cigarettes... anything that delivers nicotine. The taste of the smoke probably doesn't help, though.

Smoking cigarettes can make you feel very light headed, yep.
The main reason that you feel light headed is because you're breathing in the smoke from the cigarette, not the normal air that you would breathe in. Because of this, you won't be breathing in sufficient oxygen and you'll be breathing in a load of other crap, including nicotine and carbon monoxide. A combination of these will make you feel light headed.
Smoking really isn't a good idea any way, my personal advice to you would be to stop before you become addicted.

Yeah it can do if you put a lot of tobacco in it or dont use a filter[presuming your talking about roll ups], but it will probably pass.

It might if you aren't used to it. I smoke so sporadically that that still happens to me sometimes, especially if I smoke and haven't eaten anything in awhile.

If your not used to smoking, or you smoke too much too fast, that is called nicotine poisoning, and yes you are supposed to get sick to your stomach. Nothing too serious though. You'll get used to it. And, even though its a "light" cigarette, it has nicotine, and can still get you sick.
