No. KY jelly was invented for the insertion of medical tools. Lubricants are not outlawed as sex toys either.

Here in the UK its on the shelves in the supermarkets, you can get KY or various Durex lubes, they're usually near the headache pills & that sort of stuff.

You can buy it, there's no an specific age (of course more than 10 years or so, I mean, a logical age) in order to buy that kind of things. NO problem, if you want, buy it.
