I have had problems with depression and cutting in the past, and lately i'm having problems with my memory, and i'm always feeling really sick, (Dizziness, etc.)
I don't know what else the problem could be..

I have small memory problems too. But i'm not really depressed, just really stressed all the time. Are you stressed often?

Hmm.. I'm usually stressed because over the past few weeks i keep experiencing the whole room spinning and dizziness, and confusion. I was diagnosed with Vertigo, but that wouldn't explain my memory or confusion problems..

Well I know for sure that teens should be having memory issues.

Sometimes, bad memories and depression can suppress memories and such not allowing you to remember certain events. But this shouldn't be effective for everyday things. I believe.

After suffering a traumatic event, memory can temporarily be affected. Like Addison said, however, it usually shouldn't affect your everyday life.
After my sister died, I had some memory issues. I'd forget what I was saying mid-sentence, mid-word sometimes, and little things like dates and times or homework assignments would slip my mind a lot easier. For me, it was because my brain had so much else to focus on that a lot of the short-term things became insignificant and less important to hold on to. If that's the kind of stuff you're forgetting, write it down.
You mentioned having a problem with vertigo. Are you losing things that happen around the time when you suffer from a vertigo attack? If there seems to be a correlation, talk to your doctor about it. There might be something more you can do to help prevent that.
