Well, I'm 15, and I tend to sweat ALOT : ( , I mean you can see HUGE sweat marks through my t-shirt, I use Dove Deoderant and I was just wondering if anyone else sweats alot and what type of deodearant you use and if it helps at all. I was also wondering if I should ask my doctor and maybe if she could prescribe me a deoderant and if anyone else has prescribed deoderants, because that's what my friend did.
Thankkks (:
It might also help you to know that I am pregnant, I know surprise, 15 and pregnant, what a slut, but it was my first time (having sex) and it just happend, we weren't prepared (me and my boyfriend) but it just happened, annnywaays, it might help you to know that if pregnancy and heavy sweating are linked somehow (:

I have the best tip ever. I used to sweat so much that I actually had to take an extra blouse to school to get changed into during break/lunch. It was awful.
In the morning, have a shower/wash under you're arms. Make sure they are completly dry, then apply a decent amount of talc powder. Once you have used talc powder, get ROLL ON deodorant. The Deodorant I use is called Mitchum, and it works wonders. I will give you images of talc powder and mitchum incase you don't know:
Talc powder:

Deodrant. It is differs in places, so i've got 2 images. Most magazines recommend this too:):

Good luck! :) I hope it works for you as well as it does me.

BOY ALERT :P
Well, if there's a serious problem, you could get botox. I saw on this embarrassing bodies program a girl who sweat a lot, and the botox seemed to fix it completely. Only if there's a very serious issue though,
Otherwise you could try the above.

I have a very bad sweating problem also and I would not recommend gel/clear deoderants, since they stick to your shirt, and make it seem like you sweating even more.
The suckish part with me, I have to wear burgundy uniform shits, and when I sweat, it's very easy to see.... :(
But anyway, yeah I don't know if it's the same as what Donkey said, but, soon I'm getting surgery done, and they're gonna somehow reduce the size of my sweat glands, don't know how that goes but yeah.

Hey :) I know, I do a lot of dancing, and need a good deodorant too. I would recommend Sure Girl Dance Energy - works for me. I'm working for Sure Girl atm so they sent me samples, and its the best I've tried for 24hr protection.
Hope it helps :) x

If i'm correct, do you not need to be 18 to get botox done?

It could be your hormones if your pregnant... but if your sweating has happened before and its really bothering you... it cant hurt to talk to a doctor to see if they can help in the long term...

keep in mind one thing, the aluminium in antiperspirants have been linked to alzheimers in later life. my gf only uses deodorants and natural antiperspirants. Hope you and baby are coming along well. no one is any position to judge you, we're your friends and we support you :)
