I'm really sorry to hear this has happened. :hug3:

Unfortunately, easting disorders always tend to find their way back into our lives. We can not banish an eating disorder completely, however we can control it.

People do other things than throwing up in toilets. I actually had a binge disorder. Which was terrible. Toria, I suggest creating your own diet calendar. Eat only what it says. (But make sure it's healthy) This helps alot. Even people with a purge disorder. And I recommend supplements.
