11 to 14 years of age-

There may be a sparse growth of slightly pigmented pubic hair at the base of penis when he is about age 12. Adult hair will spread to the inside of thighs but not up the abdomen.

Males have spontaneous penis erections throughout their lives (even throughout infancy), but during puberty, boys tend to get erections more frequently. Erections can occur with or without any physical or sexual stimulation, and often lead to wet dreams.

You don't do them in ages because they can vary SO much. That's why we use tanner stages.

Yea... True, that is just the "average" across the country. But yea, you are right... puberty can start from age 8 to age 18 i believe, but if you ignoore the ages and look at it in steps, you can understand the message.

Well I had erections in third grade, like five inch long ones, so I presume I started a bit too early? And since I was 7 I had noticeable mustache fuzz, then when I was 11 it started becoming more visible. So I really don't know when I started.

I know 2nd & 3rd graders who got boners (after sexual thoughts) and it was normal.... I don't think erections would really count as a first sign of puberty.... so otherwise, pubic hair, then the voice got deeper, than the mustache, then the armpit hair.... and here I am.
