Good question!

To me, friends with benefits are people that aren't considering themselves going out, but pretend like it. In reality though, they are going out in an unhealthy relationship, because when you do something that's intimately physical with someone, it promotes the thought in your mind that you two have something very special, and so whenever you do something intimate or such with another person, you feel guilty, but there isn't any boundry in your relationship that says you can't. That's why to me it's unhealthy. Morally wrong... Well that's up to others, I don't really have a take on that.

I do not see a problem with it as long as each person knows where they stand with the other, however usually one person will develop some kind of feelings for the other and create some kind of boundary in their mind..getting upset when they show interest in another person.

I think that it is fine as long as both people are comfortable and their actual friendship won't progress to anything more than that.

I haven't really met a real "FWB" couple but I know what they are, and what they do lol.

I mean, I think its interesting and I think its kinda good that two people can just...use eachother for lack of better words but still have the decency to get along :P

wow, good answer, i like it.

i should add that whilst ur friends, benefit is relative. there's always the possibility that the friendship may develop into a true relationship.
