It's probably just the water weight you have on you that's the noticeable difference, but if you're losing 15 pounds randomly out of nowheres, that COULD be a tapeworm or something.
Get an x-ray/your stomach checked. Metabolism isn't that strong.

You are about the same size as me.
What I suggest, MUSCLE!
Gain muscle! You don't want to gain fat necessarily. You need bones and muscles...and overall bigness :P
So to avoid your father calling you fat, and to gain wait, I suggest eating lots, and then working out 4-6 times a week :D

Wait a second! You're saying you can gain or lose 15 lbs. in a day?! You're exaggerating, right? Most people's weight is pretty stable, wild swings like that usually indicate something else.
The body is self regulating, so unless there's some other issue (physical or psychological) you feel hunger based on energy requirements. As long as you're eting well (balanced and regular), your weight is your weight. 130 @5'8" indicates that you're using energy efficiently.
As long as you feel OK, and again, you're eating well, I frankly wouldnlt worry too much about this, regardless of the comments of others.
