So, I dunno does this really belong here, but I just put this here. So, what has stress caused for you? To me it has caused sleep problems, upset stomach, depressed mood, oral ulcers and headache. Those symptoms usually go away, but they start again when the stress starts. Iīve had sleep problems only a few times, but headaches almost every week.

You canīt blame stress from smoking. Stress may make you want to smoke to relieve it, but after all, itīs your choice if you smoke or not.

Stress causes me to be really moody :P I yell and scream and am not really a pleasant person (I think, a lot of people tell me I am not as bad as I seem). I only really get stressed out with school and school work. I am pretty laid back about stuff. Also, when I am stressed I tend to break out a bit and have headaches. Also, be really tired. Otherwise, I am pretty good about stress. I am pretty good with managing and eliminating it.
OH! One more thing, with stress usually comes slacking and distractions :P

Stress can lead to drug abuse.
Does stress make you uncontrollably go to shop, buy cigarettes and smoke them? No, itīs you who starts smoking.

People buy cigarettes to relieve stress. So in terms, yes, stress leads to drug abuse.

Yeah, but stress doesnīt really cause smoking. The person causes it. There are other ways to relieve stress besides smoking.

Well, either way, it does not matter what else he could do. You asked what stress has caused and he answered.

Yes, I also smoked because of stress, but I donīt blame stress for it. It was my decision.

You said yourself. "Because I was stressed"
That's what I'm saying. You smoked BECAUSE of stress. He's not blaming it on stress. You asked what stress has caused for us. His answer was smoking. Do you get what I'm saying.

Migraines, insomnia, tense muscles, upset stomach, concetration problems.
And stress doesn't directly cause smoking, but it can lead to it. It can make people feel like they need to smoke.
