i cant stop feeling above everyone... not about being better, but about being worse, i have a tendancy to fanticise about being a famous musician (i play drums, people say im amazing, i try not to judge myself, but its hard) its like i think i deserve attention, altho i think fame is horrible because it puts people above people, i say i hate fame (yet love and hate are oppisates so in absolute value they are the same, caring, postively or negativly) and i eggxagerate my problems, make them seem bigger than they are, like im doing now, even tho there are peoplewho have much bigger problems than me and i like to philosophize stuff, but end up using my deep thinking to subconcesiously think im better than everyone, and ive only just relized this, plz help me

I think as you grow up you will soon realize that you are not better than anyone else and that other people will be better than you at some things.
That, I think will lead to the realization that your arrogance is basically stupid. After that, I think you will kind of....stop...for lack of better words.

mate, part of the solution is 2 recognise that indeed u have a problem. ur on the right track, but it's an uphill track nonetheless. each time u notice that ur carrying on in an objectionable manner, make a mental note of it and ask urself what made u feel that way? could u have felt differently? what can u do to prevent or curtail similar feelings the next time? etc. very soon ull have a cache of answers that will help u in ur quest at controlling this behaviour.

i got the same shit dude, it aint nuthin, a lot of people think like this
just dont vocalize it, dont act above other people, if somebody does some stupid shit, just let em, they dont wanna hear your shit, philosophizing isnt bad, its good, helps you understand your own life, hang out with kids on your own emotional level, if they dont think like you, then it wont work out
im not above anyone because some people are above me in some ways, everybodys got there ups and downs, maybe you should experience a real problem, helped me realize all my shits nuthin to be proud of

Confidence =/= Arrogance
PLEASE do not give up your self esteem because some pseudo-intellectual is depressed about THEIR self-image to the point where they have to bring yours down.

There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance, if you know you are better than some people at something by all means be proud of it, but be modest. Do not use it to put others down to make yourself feel better.
An important thing to remember is that you may be better than some people at certain things but they will excel at others, no one is perfect at everything.

To start you on the upward track....it's *arrogant* :P
Human perception....or....the tangled web of innumerable possibilities.
Some people will think you're arrogant.
Some will think you're confident.
Most likely you don't have a "problem", but are just worried you're getting a bit bumptious.
Nothing to worry about really.
Stay confident and trust you're convictions, yet keep in mind that listening to the council of others is critical. A complex balancing act to rival any circus performer to say the least.
Enjoy life! (especially ice cream!)
