My iPod is frozen. I have followed the directions to reset it and my wheel and buttons still will not work. Could someone be of assistance to me?

That's Apple for ya :P

Try calling a tech-support line if it still doesn't work.

When i was at Circut City the guy at the sotre told me that the iPod nano's and Videos and all new ipod are freezing up and you can do nothing to fix it. But he siad that most iPod Mini;s and the orginal Apple iPod should be fine

i have had an ipod mini for 15 months now and it has never gone wrong and only has a few scrates from my keys... i was going to get a video or a nano but i decided to keep the money :P and when my mini does eventually go wrong i could claim a new one on insurance just say i dropped it in the bath or sumthing!! but anyway... if you have a garuntee which you most probaly have got, that should cover for a new one.

I've had my Ipod Video since Christmas and it hasn't done anything bad. I love it and couldn't live without it.

I have noticed that I have had the same problem. This is a bug but I found thaqt APPLE has been creating new software to debug, go to their website and download the Ipod updater for your type of Ipd and then update. If that does not work call TECH-SUPPORT and if that still does not work....Sell it on ebay =)
