when ever i urinate or sometimes in random this nasty yellow liquid thing comes out of my penis. it smells really really bad that im afraid to pee in school now. it goes right throw my clothes and i really need help with this. it kinda smells like rotten fish or something

ok uh.. its not urine. my urine is normal.. doesnt smell bad.. comes out clear-yellow..

but sometimes this very yellow liquid comes out without my concent. it smells like rotten fish.. this mostly happens after i urinate. (like a minute after) (btw im uncut)

it also happens at random times during the day or night and i just find my underwear wet ones i smell this. its not usually much its a little but it smells extremely bad (btw i went to the doctors today and got one of those tests where i have to pee in a cup) but i didnt tell my doctor bout this

Smegma discharge! Smegma is a natural lubricant which comes from under your foreskin, it helps the skin move around during sex. However, it does need to get cleaned out otherwise it can lead to infections and discharges as you're getting, it smells pretty bad.

Wash under your foreskin when washing and this should be fine.

well i figured from the ast 14 years that that cleans itself everytime i shower.. and the thing is that i dont like pulling back my skin EVER because my head is really setative to anything and it kinda hurts when i touch it

It will get less sensitive with time, and with you touching it and making it more used to being touched. Right now you're just gonna have to suck up the pain, it doesn't last long. It's really your nervous system down there overloading due to you touching it when it's not used to that.

You have to clean everyday. No way to de-sensitise it except the above.

It sounds like this Smegma stuff, it ssum kind of lubricant thats under ur foreskin. Just wash more under your foreskin and it should go away. Id it doesnt stop it definitely see a doctor.
