If it persists, maybe take a little Childs Asprin. it will help lower your blood pressure. You could take it about 30 minutes before you masturbate and see if that helps. Im not saying to do it everytime, but I did it once and haven't had one since. It might help bring your blood pressure down to a normal range and stop the headache

This could be because when you get an erection, blood rushes to tissue in your penis. Your body might just not be that adjusted to your blood rushing to your penis. Basically, when the blood rushes to the tissue in your penis, some blood leaves your head/brain and when that happens, you can become light headed or get a headache. Blood leaving ones head can result in different symptoms, and apparently you just get headaches.

I guess It happens because the body was under a extreme or hard feeling, so It feels tired and the head too.
