I wanna see how big of a list VT users can make of varying forms of rock. :) There are an amazing number of different varieties, how many can VT get?

There is classic, hard rock, hardcore, nu-metal, heavy metal, power/speed metal, thrash metal, death metal, deathcore, progressive, grunge, funk-metal, punk, black metal, physicdelic(?) metal, doom metal, alternative, emo, screamo, metalcore, acid metal, rap-rock, glam metal, hair metal.. the list probally goes on and on and on..

Classic Rock, Blues Rock, Southern Rock, Hard Rock, Glam Rock, Thrash Metal, Black Metal, Nu-Metal, Metalcore, Mathrock, Mathcore, Progressive Rock, progressive Metal. I'm probably missing loads, those are just off the top of my head.

True, a lot are almost dead identical, just a fun thing to see what people can get.

Just a suggestion, you should probably change emo to emotive hardcore because even though emo is short for that, people will probably think you mean Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, and other bands like that.
There's WRock a.k.a Wizard Rock.

I listen to classic rock, alternative, metal, punk, and prog rock. Basically, I love to listen to a variety of rock.
