DO you mean that it dribbles out and does not squirt out? If so then that is completely normal. Every guy is different, some guys shoot others dribble, I personally dribble, the most I've ever shot was 2-3 inches and that was only when I was unusually horny

You might not be developed enough to yet. You do have to develop a certain amount, and different people develop that at different times so just wait. Or you could just be a "dribbler" as explained above.

Yea, i just dribble. The most i have shot however is only like a inch. And it was after a vacation and i drank alot of water because i was sick. Your perfectly normal. Some people even grown ups just dribble. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Well, there can be many reasons, the most obviously could be that you haven't produced enough sperms.

Now, you can try doing this:
First, take a time without j/o, that makes your body produce more sperms. Then, when you finally decide to masturbate, do it. Perhaps that can work.

Either you haven't developed enough yet, or I find that if you masturbate within close periods of time e.g. 2 or 3 times a day then the second or third time it'll dribble.

You may not be developed enough to shoot your semen yet. Give it a few years (or months. It varies from person to person) and it should shoot out. Just be glad you have anything coming out at all!

If you're masturbating, just to get it done, you most likely arent that aroused/arent taking your time/used to masturbating. I used to shoot from masturbating, but now i don't cause im so used to it.

1. You're normal.
2. You're probably not fully developed.
3. Perfectly normal adults can't shoot.
4. Try things like holding off with j/oing for a few days and drink lots of water.
