Ok, in my opinion I believe that classical music is the best type of music because of how much you can mess with it. Usually classical music will have more than stringed instrument and whatnot and that just makes it beautiful. Unlike all the other music that is just talking with synth in the background; but anyway, does anyone else like classical music. If I am correct, Chequ3r, you like, don't you?
And when I say "mess with it" you can more than just like violin and cello and viola. You can make it unique and make it sound calm or fast and what's the word I'm looking for, crap. Lol, it doesn't matter.

I don't listen to classical, but when I was doing my music GCSE one of the areas of study was classical music. Well, baroque music, but we did some classical too. It's alright. I prefer modern adaptions of classical songs, like people performing them on guitar and whatnot.

I love classical, too. And I understand what you're referring to, it's called the 'time' of the music (like 3/4 time, and so on), which can alter the sound and 'feel' of the music by increasing or decreasing it's 'speed'.
Cello player here, btw. Big Czech fan, love Dvorak and Smetana.

I agree Jake. There's so much variety in the orchestration - the different combination of instruments, and if you hear a full symphony orchestra live in a hall its pretty overwhelming really.

Oh my God, my father has soooooooo much box sets that he bought from thrift shops is VA some 10 or 20 years ago that sound like SHIT. Yes, they are all classical box sets. They sound so flat that it isn't funny. No stereo feeling at all. Would be nice to see some of them remastered and compiled.
Anyway, yes, I do listen to some classical music. I never found myself particularly attracted to it, but I have found a good taste for it. Anything by Bethoven or Bach is killer for me. I honestly prefer earlier Bethoven than later. Don't know why, but just did. Bach has always been a favorite of mine. I also like "The Four Seasons", but I can't find myself to remember the person who made it. I think he was Austrian or German.

Antonio Vivaldi did the 4 Seasons. "Summer movement 3.Presto" is my favourite in the four seaons.
