No that that I know of. Its just there if your cut but it isn't when your uncut.
Its normal to have it there and it won't affect you.

No it is not supposed to cut, it should only be cut by a doctor and that's not required. Don't worry about it.

Sorry, dont really understand your question. Are you saying you've had sex and it made you bleed? That would be unusual.

I think he's talking about the frelium (or however it's spelled) and if he's not then there's something extra on you my friend. If you are, then yeah it shouldn't be cut during sex.

On the back of your penis theres a line of skin like behind the head of the penis.

No, it doesn't need to be cut to have sex. Sometimes it is removed during circumcisions, or for other medical purposes, but there is no reason to cut it to have sex. Also, FYI, it's called your frenulum.

The frenulum shouldnt be cut.

It will hurt if cut via DIY, a pain the likes of which you have not felt and will not feel again. Its actually a point where the skin binds to the Penis head.

Doesnt need to be cut.

I am not quite sure what you are asking about, but from what I understand, it is not supposed to be "cut". You may want to clarify your description in order to seek more help.

No it is the frenulum ... it is there because it is part of the foreskin

I assume he saw a cut guy in porn. No you don't need to be cut to have sex.

I think what you're trying to say is if you should be circumsized before you have sexual intercourse ... it doesn't matter. The only reason why you would get circumsized is so that way you don't develop philmosis, which is tightening of the foreskin, which can really cause problems.

But being circumsized would be an advantage to sex because you can be able to reach "your full potential" in terms of erect size. Plus I assume it would be more pleasurable and less hurtful to be circumsized.
