OK well I heard alot about how many teen boys have tight foreskin, and at first I did but now I'm woundering because the name doesn't sound exactly like what I used to have. I'm just curious about this I'm not freaking out about it and I know I'm normal but I just want to get my facts straight here.

Well with my penis, I could pull my foreskin back on my penis to a point when I was younger. But then it would always get to a point where I couldn't pull down anymore, and it looked as if the skin and the gnands of my penis were fused. I had very tiny holes or spaces where the foreskin and the glands weren't fused. Well, about a year ago I was bored and tried to make the largest space a little bigger and I made it slightly bigger and from there I slowly seperated the foreskin from my glands. The problem though is that my glands hurt at the spot there the foreskinwas attatched to them and it looked like I had ripped off a very thin layer of skin all around my glands where the foreskin used to be attatched to.

So my question is...was it tight foreskin that I had for was it something else? And just so you know my penis is fine now.

I can only speak for myself, but I had a tight foreskin opening, but don't remember any sticky parts like you describe. Either way, it's fine as long as you can pull it back to clean
it.

just don't go so far that you tear your skin, yeah that's possible...

Hi Bobby,

It sounds like you had a few adhesions, that's where the foreskin isn't completely seperated from the underlying glans. As you've rightly assumed, it's normal for the foreskin to be fused to the glans, at some point it get's 'unstuck'. And when it does, it can look and feel the way you've described. And you're also right (so smart!) that this is diff from tightness, which results from the frenular band (an elastic piece of tissue at the very tip of the foreskin which keeps it closed, giving the foreskin it;s characteristic 'puckered' look) being too tight to accomodate the width of the larger glans on retraction. Then there's frenulum breve, a short frenulum, the piece on the bottom that holds the foreskin to the penis and acts like the string on a window shade. Long answer (typically!) to you question, you didn't have any of those, just adhesions.

The term you're looking for is 'adhesion'.

Ok thanks Sam! Really appreciate it! I looked it up but couldn't really fund anything on it.

Does it hurt to break them? From what Sam said I suppose I had them, but they loosened when I was really young, so I was totally unaware of it.
