White bumps

eh i haven't started a thread in while, well anyways, i have all these while little bumps on the base of my glans, but not on the skin from outside, on the glans itself, what are they, and can i get rid of them in any way, because they don't look the nicest

it defenatly aren't hairs bcs they are on my glans! not shaft, and they don't hurt

i just hope this isn't STD, adn yes i have been and still am sexually active, but my partner(he's a guy) doesn't have anything like this

Its could just be irritation. But I would talk to a doctor because this almost always means bad news.

I have heard of this before. I suggest that you google whit spots on your glans for more information. I look a few things up but because of VT posting rules I can't link you to the sites.

I did a search for you just to see if you could get results that is what I would do first.

I've also heard of it before. Try to pop one and if anything similar to what comes out of a pimple comes out, it is not an STD. I think it is just hairs though.

It should not be hairs since he said it is on his glans. It could be that or a blocked hair follicle if it was on his shaft.

oh thx guys, i found out waht it is, i ain't going to the doctor, it's pearly penile papules...it looks exacly the same...so i don't have to go, thx for the help

Nope. The ones on your scrotum (ball sac) are probably hair follicles, and hair will probably grow out of them in a few months/years. The ones on your penis could also be hair follicles, but some could be Fordyce's spots(Pearly Penile Papules). Fordyce's spots are basically little patches of fat in the skin. They're completely normal and almost every guy has them. Don't pop them - just let them be. If you really want to get rid of them, there's an expensive laser treatment you could do, but doctors advise against any treatment.

There's also a possibility you could have a pimple down there if it becomes inflamed. Just pop it, clean it off and go about your day.
If you have warts down there, you probably need to go see a doc as you could have an STI/STD.
