Arcade

Lots of other forums I have gone too have had an arcade. I know the purpose of this site is psychiatric ward but I think an arcade would be fun. Don't know if it will cost money or not..

Programming for that type of thing isn't that complicated, but it's not a necessity on a site like this... (And I don't know if it costs money either, though I doubt it does... It depends on how you go about acquiring the 'games' I guess. 0.o)

We have it in another forum I use (25.32 posts per day :rolleyes:), but no-one ever uses it, it's a waste of time really.

Knowing our server it would probably slow the site down too, but I'm not entirely sure of the verity of that statement, so just ignore me until Ben (where has he been, I know he's retired, but he's too awesome to be inactive :cry:) or Ant or someone else comes along and tells us whether this is even possible. 0.o

And whether there's really a point in making it happen or not. 0.o

I would only add it if there was a strong demand for it and people actually used it.

But if I wanted to play games, I'd go to my xbox than come here..

There are plenty of games on the internet that you can have open while browsing VT. I just don't see the demand, or practicality of it.

Well it was just an idea and it was always fun on the other forums. We could have tournaments and challenges.

I personally don't think it is necessary.

I know other forums that do have them and they aren't used much.

I think that we should be without an arcade for right now
