i think there is a problem with my balls because one of them hurts.
i would like to go for a check in the hospital but i dont know how to tell my parent.any advice? or should i just go to the hospital myself

Go talk to your parents AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A little embarrassment isn't worth causing physical damage to yourself.

I had that when I was 6...just go to the hospital...the embarrassment is worth it.

it hurts occasionally and the severety varies
i think it has been quite long but i didnt care about it

This could show the nature of it.
have you masturbated roughly lately? that could have caused it.
Have you played rough sports lately? That could have caused it.
Could it be blue balls?

If I knew how long it was going on I would tell you to either wait for a little longer or tell you to go see someone.

If it hurts like a bitch tell your parents right away or we just need to know if you play sports and how long because that could be why.

go get help now, tell someone would you rather loose a testicle or go through a little embarrassment, plus Im sure your parents wont embarrass you..

the doctor said i have testicle infection but it's not a very serious one

Good choice in seeing the doc. Infections can get out of hand in a hurry, always best to play it safe.

u mean the doctor? he gave me medicine and then i have to go back next week for another check
