1. NO! Don't do that, first it sounds painful even to hear about it and second I can only imagine what type of damage you are doing by sticking things down there. I strongly suggest you stop.

2. I think you should either poop before and wash really well or make sure you wait a while after you poop before you do this. Either one might work and only might work.
