Ok, any form of sex or mastrubation will NOT change the size of your penis. That just wouldn't make sense at all. To be honest, there are very few things out there that can change the size of your penis, and even fewer things out there that last for long terms. Your best option of penis growth is puberty.

And honestly, I doubt there's any way to make your penis shorter other than by using an ax which a store cashier suggested for my grandfather about my big feet. Later on in the day I was causing my grandfather troubles and she said, "Remeber the ax"

I'm not so sure about this. Which drugs are you talking about because the only thing that comes to mind when hearing this is that some drugs (perscription and street) can stunt your growth. But I don't know of any that will make your penis smaller.

those are both myths, disregard them IMMEDIATELY. As another poster said, steriods do not effect penis size, but they DO effect testicles.

Basically, steriods are artificial testosterone (the male hormone). The testicles produce 80% of the natural testosterone in the human male body. When you use steriods, after while the testies stop producing testosterone because you're getting it artificially from the steriods. The testies then atrophy like any other muscle you don't use for awhile. In the long term, this means they permenantly lose their ability to produce testosterone, rendering you sterile and impotent.

So yes, those drugs can 'shrink' your balls, and keep you from getting it up; but nothing can effect penis size. If anything could, I'd pay more attention to my email junk folder. ;)
