Lead poisoning

well anyway like the title says i am concerned i might have inhaled some lead and since i have OCD i am very freaked out. Sparing most the details i was desoldering some components off a "electrical board"(Word slipped away from me) and i used a sander(dont ask why) some dust got kicked up and i breath it in :yummy:, but seriously could this have any serious effects it was just a little bit and most solder is a 40/60 mix of lead and tin.

You're OK.

Although lead isn't a good thing to get inside your body, for there to be permanent damage, you need high levels of it over a longer period of time than what you're describing.
