Why can Autumn close threads in Puberty101? Are Counselors still also Global Moderators?

Why is Autumn marked as a moderator for Help and Advice, but that's the only forum she's marked as a mod under?
Why isn't Rudi marked as a mod for Help and Advice?

I was a mod of Help and Advice and Puberty 101 before I become a Counselor. And I still am a mod of those forums, just a Counselor in addition to those.

Thanks, but you forgot to answer whether Counselors are Global Moderators.

Oh, sorry. Nope, I'm not a Global Mod. Just a mod of Puberty 101 and H&A.

Also Admins, the Welcome to VT announcement in the Introductions forum (which I wrote) isn't updated with the current senior staff.

Counsellors used to be considered senior staff
with the same abilities as GM's but it was determined that those abilities we not required and could even hamper a member coming to them for help

Dante (Jason) was the last Counselor to be recognized as senior staff (excluding Ben who was an admin as well)

Ok, now I'm confused again?
In the puberty announcement (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/announcement.php?f=18&a=134), Autumn is shown as a moderator, not even a counselor (green name), but she's not listed as a mod in the bottom right-hand corner of the puberty forums? Also, she's not listed as a mod in H&A anymore?

I still don't understand why Autumn isn't a mod in those sections anymore. Is she resigning?

Also, I remember questions in the past two surveys about the counselor position. Is it being taken away? What are the staff's current thoughts on it? I don't see the counselors post in the Psych Ward at all anyways...I don't understand that position at all. Also, who would want to do it?? It seems really difficult.

As far as I know she isn't resigning...I have no idea why she isn't a mod anymore. Thats a question for the seniors.

I would imagine those questions were asked to inform members about the position and also just see who use it.
I don't think its being taken away.
People PM them for help, they dont randomly help people in posts

EDIT: Okay, Autumn is just a counselor now. Don't know why, but thats just it :P

Now see I think that's interesting. It would be nice to see that happening. Just like it's nice to see puberty mods giving advice. I mean, they are the leaders of their forums.

Idk it's confusing.

It's meant to be private.
like private sessions, it misses the point if everyone and anyone can see and/or post.

Autumn has been relieved of moderating so she can focus more on her counselor duties.
