There is no difference between semen and cum, cum is a slang term for semen. Sperm are the little cells swimming in the semen, and they are what impregnates a woman.

Clear semen doesn't have much sperm in it yet, and is usually made by boys in the early stages of puberty, and who haven't developed fully yet.

Semen contains lots of proteins, sugars, and minerals to keep sperm alive. When you're developed enough, you will produce sperm, which will be carried out of the body by semen.

Q2:
What makes semen white is certain proteins or ingredients. Some guys in puberty aren't developed enough to make semen that is white yet, so it comes out clear.

White semen comes from a guy that is more developed "down there".

There's also another type of cum, called precum - precum is not that clear cum that I was talking about earlier.
