Ok I turn 16 on July 15th. I have had wet dreams about once a month. I have been having them since like March on 2008. My penis is of normal size 6" erect 4" flaccid, and my testes and scrotum are normal.

I have masturbated before and all that happens is my penis gets red and sore so I stop. How long does it take to reach orgasm through masturbation? Once my penis gets red and sore I'm afraid to go farther cause I don't want to damage anything. I know I can ejaculate cause of the wet dreams.

So I need some advice. Why can't I ejaculate when i masturbate. Am I not doing it long enough? Is my penis getting red cause I don't masturbate often and it is not use to it?

If it's doing this, there's probably some kind of internal problem with your penis that won't ejaculate on reaction [e.g. masturbation], therefore rubbing your penis will only make it sore.

Your penis should not be red and sore when you masturbate, so we know something is wrong. If the above is not correct, you could try doing it lighter, and more softly as not to cause pressure on the penis. If you're doing it too aggressively, then it will only hurt. Do it for a little longer, as it takes a while on the first go.

If you can't do it, see a doctor.

not sure mate, it sound like u can use some lube tho. i never did it, my gf does it 4 me whenever we get together. it takes anywhere from 3 minutes to an hour depending on how she's controlling it.

Are you circumcised? If you are, it seems that you really need some lube, that should take away the redness and swelling.

If you're doing it really fast then it's possible that the friction is making your penis red and sore, if so then try using lube and slowing down some.

I'm cut and I also don't use lube, though I generally masturbate in the shower, so I guess the water works as lube in a way...

This is a tricky one because there could be an underlining problem but my guess is you may have too tight a grip which is casing friction so i would say loosen up

The fact that it's getting red and sore suggets you're causing friction/using too much pressure in your grip, so loosen up a bit, relax.

As for how long it takes to reach orgasm this varies person to person and also depends on how aroused you may be at the time and if you've already masturbated close to the time you have done so.

My overall suggestion is to just relax, loosen your grip a bit and enjoy yourself.

There many factors that can make you to cum faster or slower, for example how much horny you are. It means: if you are hornier you can cum faster than when you are not. Now, time is another factor, perhaps if you are doing it so fast the only thing you are doing is to get your penis' head irritated. So, try to do it slower.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you to go with a doctor, because there can be a internal problem.

It doesn't need to be 'Professional' lube, I mean, stuff like shower gel and shampoo work almost as well (plus you're cleaning yourself at the same time, an extra bonus!!)

Yeah, i use handcream all the time, it works really well. Also, a less thick conditioner works too.

What the man above me just said. If you feel like raiding the kitchen, crisco, butter, and vegetable oil are messy, but they work too if you've got nothing else to use. My advice is some form of hand lotion.

I am cut and don't use lube and I have no trouble at all. Like I have seen people have already said. Everyone is different and it takes a different amount of time for everyone. For me the amount of time it takes depends on how aroused I am and what I choose to do that time.
