I would not suggest doing this, for a couple of reasons.

First of all, bananas are not very sturdy things. This means that it is easy enough for it to break while it is hanging out, and if it gets stuck there, that is NOT going to be pleasant at all.

Secondly, it really isn't very healthy for something squishy to be up there. Food in general attracts bacteria, even though a banana may have a peel. It's not as much of a worry as the first point, but still something for consideration.

And lastly, something just sitting there isn't going to give you that much pleasure, and moving it in and out makes it even more likely to get stuck or broken. Really, if you want to anally masturbate you should use something more sturdy.
