On my penis, when I tried to retract my foreskin the other night, I noticed there was a small strip of skin type thing attaching my foreskin to my penis! What is it?

OH THAT! yeah everybody has one of those. retraction of the foreskin shouldn't be affected at all, and you have nothing to worry about.

You can. You stretch a little more every day. Skin is like that.

It will be a PAIN THE LIKES OF WHICH YOU HAVE NEVER FELT, AND WILL NEVER FEEL AGAIN.

Dont rip it.

The Fenulum, Joe.

The strip of skin your talking about is probably on the underside of the penis, connecting the glans (head of the penis) and the shaft.
This piece of skin is called the frenulum. The frenulum is a sensitive piece of skin. Its biological function is to help retract the foreskin over the head. As it is sensitive, it can be " a source of great pleasure" - Wikipeida

All uncircumcised men have this. Some circumcised men don't have this, as it was cut off when they were circumcised. Rest assured that it is very normal.

It is possible to rip it with rough masturbation. Don't go crazy when having sex/masturbating and you will probably be fine. If you're really concerned, use lube, as it will make it easier to not put so much strain on it.

This sounds so painful I'm cut so I wouldn't know, but I would just tell you to get cut

There's no reason to get circumcised, unless it's really too short or causes pain or there's something wrong with it.

Also: there is an artery under the frenulum. So if you do rip it, it will bleed a lot.

I ripped it while masturbating. I ADVISE ANY SENSIBLE PERSON TO MAKE SURE U DONT RIP IT. IT WAS EVEN MORE PAINFUL THAN CHIPPING MY TAIL BONE.
