Yesterday, while cleaning the whole house, I was scrubbing the bathtub and filled it up with water, then while unplugging the drain, I had my phone in my bra, and it fell into the water. I screamed loud and grabbed it out and ran to the pantry, but I was so enraged instead of opening the door, I threw myself into it hard, and sure enough the trim frame thing broke, and I started to cry and bang my head against the wall. After I stopped crying, I looked in the mirror to make sure I was ok and noticed that my eyes turned forest green and I walked away happy just before my breakdown. I put my phone in rice and its working fine now.

Well you need to consider that it was only a mobile phone and if it breaks then it would not be the end of the world, there is no reason to harm yourself over something that happened accidentally.
As far as I am aware eyes do not change colour, so I have no idea what that was.
And at least your phone is working alright :)

How can your eyes change colour like that? What colour are they normally?
Anyway, if you are worried about this being evidence against your good psycolgoical state (I'm assuming that's the reason as to why you posted this here), try to control yourself and judge a situation dispassionately when this happens instead of doing random things out of rage. If this doesn't work, then you may want to speak to parents and try to get help that way.

it's all optics and perspective. nothing's as important as ur sanity. so don't let things get 2 u. stand back a little, take a deep breath and things will be all right.

My eyes change colour, but only from grey to blue and back.. anyway.
At least the phones working now, maybe you just had a particularily short fuse that day, and your phone going into the water was the end of it? But it is just a phone, and not the end of the world... theres worse things that could get dropped in the bath...
