Weird...I think it just varies from place to place. Cultures differ and such. The internet kinda mixes them all, but most of the people who post are from the US, so that'll probably stand out.

To be honest with you Latin America and South America really frowns on any thing that is not totally straight acting activity. It has something to do with the Latino way of thinking.

It is perfectly normal to discuss what you do with your friends whether it is on the Internet or in real life just be careful what you tell them their judgements can be harsh some time.

Ever culture, race, religion, etc, has a different way of interpreting things and different views on different topics. Sometimes, that has resulted in very tragic and unnessacary events, such as the Holocaust. It is something that everyone just has to negotiate around, becuase no one can instantly change someones oppinion. Therefore, you have to be very careful when talking to friends from different religions, cultures, etc, especially about very personal things, because the outcome may be different every time.

As already stated, everyone has their own culture and way of thinking. In one culture a certain act can be thought of as disgraceful and or barbaric while in another it's traditional, sacred, and yeah you get the point.

When dealing with someone from another culture, religion, etc. it's usually best to know how their culture, religion, etc. works and what they think of as rude, sinful, etc. and what they find traditional, sacred, etc.

You know, my school is the same way...I can relate to you (and I am in the USA). I don't know anyone that would be willing to masturbate...everyone I know seems totally turned off by the idea (which is why I have never done it myself). It is probably just my school because I know friends at other schools who have done this kind of stuff a lot.

But I am in the same boat you are. Nobody here would even think of doing their private business with a friend.
