from the start of the year i have slowly been building up depression untill now i can confidently say i have psychotic depression, i havent been happy in about 4 months, my life is filled with lonelyness and pain, i cut myself, and im not really seeing much more point in life any more. I thought to myself, all i need is love, but so far all thats brought me is rejection and pain. 5 out of 6 days i wish i was dead, and im almost about to end it, but my friend is holding me back, i dont know what to do

Tell your parents, get to a doctor.

Everyone needs 'Love', but in those times when we're not romantically involved, we survive more or less OK. If you are that troubled by this, it's time to work it thru with a therapist.

if your friend is holding you back, then you clearly still have something to live for, and you know that you cant upset your friend by doing that because your not selfish. try and see a doctor or something, but dont give up, because thats all ending it all would be.
