I agree with the above posters, the moaning in porn is an illusion being used to make viewers and participants more...intrigued? They do it on purpose, not out of feeling so that the video's ratings will go up.

Porn and the whole nude women media idea is a total fake compared to the real thing, from the way they have sex in awkward positions to the moaning and squirting of girls, most girls don’t scream at the top of their voice while having sex and thank god for it too.
