Karina, there is a reason it's hard to let go, and a good reason at that. It's because you have the will to live. Deep within you, there's something that knows that you have a purpose in this world, and that something is giving you the strength you need to keep going and try to get help, as you are doing.

The only thing I can say is that you need to hang on. You need to find that reason to keep going. You need to find something to hold on to, you need to keep your faiths strong. The world would be worse off without you. There would be many people who would hate to see you go... me included.

Take some time to reflect upon why you are here and what it is that has kept you alive this whole time. You need to find the reason you're alive and embrace it.

You cant let go because you know your not a waste of air, and your thinking of cutting because thats the only way your mind knows how to deal with things. Never give up, your not a physco, your just human. You probably didnt kill yourself because deep down you know you dont want to let go, its just everything is on top of you so bad it feels that way. You need to hold on, and letting go isnt the way out. Your strong enough to get past it, even if it dosent feel like it right now.
