I read pretty much anything that's in my inbox because hotmail filters out spam nicely. Currently, I have none unread and about 30 or 45 that have been opened. Once it hits about 100 read then I'll get the delete finger ready.

Considering I'm part of the odd lot that still actually cares for emailing, I have 0 in my unread inbox.

I still email friends sometimes, and have important accounts details (including bank) so I can't really neglect my email address. But for things which are viable to spam, I use an alternative email.

I keep everything nicely read... except for thing I'm too lazy to, so I have about 4 or 5 unread. 200ish total cause I clean out lots.
