Ok, The only way I can confidently ask a girl out is if I know they will say no. Is there anything I can do to remedy that?

Mods, you can delete this post if you want, but no one has taken noticed to my thread so I am posting this to bring it to the top of the page

Yes, I am saying that I can only ask girls out if I know I will get rejected, like with a friend or something

Wait, I think you've got this backwards! You're supposed to feel confident asking girls out who will say yes!
The solution here is to start taking some risks and ask the girls out who might say yes.

As a girl, I feel more like rejecting the guy if he's not confident about asking me out. I'm not saying you should be cocky, I'm saying you should be more confident. Girls like me always reject guys who are cocky and full of themselves.

It reallly depends....
Confidence is a must, girls don't like guys that appear that mayyybbe they like them, so they thought they mighhht ask them out, to see if maybeee it was worth a try.
No, it has to be i like you, let's go out to see where this takes us.

Confidence!
Honestly if you want a gf then you have to grab the bull by the horns. (That can be inuendo if you want..or a pun?)
Just ask.
You get rejected, so what? Its not the end of the world. You'll feel crap and sucky for a bit, but think of it this way. Being rejected means your one step closer to being accepted. :)
Corny I know..but its a good little saying. Just work on your confidence. Do it in whatever way works for you really.
