My friends sometimes flash me there dick or balls as a joke like in the movie "Waiting..." and when i see them for a second i realize there balls are extremely bigger than mine, and there dicks are too. And one of them is even younger than me by a couple of days, and his are much bigger than mine. (im 14) and erect my dick is about 3.5-4in. im a little worried.

You shouldn't be worried. Based upon the size of your testicles, it indicates that you have not really gone through that stage of puberty, or have just started. But yea, don't worry, you will most likely get bigger as you continue on through your years of puberty. That is unless you take steroids.

People mature at different rates ok. just b/c a kid is a couple day younger than you does not mean his parts are supposed to be smaller.

We all grow at separate times. You may be seeing things wrong, or you may be a 'late bloomer.' The important thing is that you will grow in time, just be patient. If you have a real concern, you can always talk to your doctor at your next check-up.

You're a fine size. Your friends may have started penis development & growth before you, but that's fine. It doesn't man they'll end up any bigger than you in the end. Being later changes nothing. 3.5-4in for your ages is absolutely fine anyway so you have nothing to worry about, just give it a while.
