Do you really need a condom for anal if you both are 'clean'? like no STDs or anything else.
What are the pros and cons?

Well, this shouldn't shock you. If you have anal sex and oral sex with a guy, you may get some of the germs from the anus. It's always the best to have a condom for each kind of sex.

If you are really sure neither of you has an STI, if you were both virgins for instance, then it comes down to personal preference really. I mean some guys might prefer to be wrapped up for cleanliness, where others might feel that they want the ejaculation to be unrestricted. Either way, plenty of lube!

I dont want to be accused of irresponsibility, safe sex is the best option in every case. So unless your 100% certain safe sex means use the condom.

In my opinion your best with a condom as K.I.T.N said bacteria and germs still be at bay.

Also condoms would help make it easier, with the lube on the outside, just use the strengthened ones so they don't split.

I would use one either way. Condoms prevent you from getting a whole bunch of diseases/STDs/germs when having any type of sex. I think that you should always use a condom whenever you have sex, unless when you are trying to have a child. It is not necessarily "a must", but you really should just use one either way.

So if both of them were virgins, there shouldn't be any std's right?

Some people really do lie about their sexual activity. I know a girl who got HPV from a guy that said he was a virgin.

Cons to not wearing a condom-

*that person could be lying about their sexual activity. I remember a girl that got HPV from a guy who said he was a virgin.
*You or they could also not realize that they might have gotten something from another source - such as from a drug needle, if they were into drugs.
*Also, without using a condom, if the person taking it up the ass didn't properly clean themselves out, you gotta dick with some shit on it.
*With a woman, it is possible for semen to leak out of the ass and enter the vagina. I suppose that's not that likely though.

Pros to not wearing a condom-
*both of you get that without-a-condom feel

Yes, beware of the potential of this person being a liar. People lie about their virginity all the time. If it were me, I would get tested and the person you want to be with tested for STD's before you do anything. That might ease your mind.

If you're really sure you want to try anal sex (and I don't really recommend sexual activity with anyone at the age of 15), then use a condom. Condoms are really good not only for preventing STDs and pregnancy, but for general cleanliness. It's the same idea as taking a shower every day. You don't HAVE to do it, but it is a really good idea because it will keep you clean.

testing is very complicated and expensive...so you prolly couldn't afford it

Well i dont think there is really the need but ... Safe Sex is always the best :) So I think I would go for a Condom even if I am sure we are both "Clean"

I don't think that is expensive. They should have it in blood testing clinics for a reasonable price.

I thing that condom is a better way, I mean, not only do you have protection for STD but also for bacteria and other dangerous microscopic organisms.

You ALWAYS need a condom for anal sex. The anus is where fecal matter is. You can get infections.
