I don't know exactly how to word this but here it goes.
Almost every time I stand up I get really dizzy, I can't hear, and the room goes black. This only lasts from 5 to 30 seconds. I have told a doctor and he just sent me to have bloodwork done and we got the results back the other day and they said I was an average healthy teenage boy. Does anyone have anyclue as to what is going on?

Yeah, the exact same thing happens to me when I have a cold. all it means is that alot of oxegenated blood leaves ur head, and in 5 to 30 seconds, more blood gets there. Don't worry about

It's that green hair. It sucks the life out of you. Poor thing.
J/k, J/k........
OK, when you're at rest, your BP and heart rate drop b/c all the blood (and oxygen it carries) gets thru the body with less heart rate/beats.
When you stand up, gravity works against the circulatory system, the blood tends to rush downwards, away from your head/brain. It takes a few moments for the body to recognize all that, and the increased need for pumping to get the blood (and oxygen) to your brain.
In the moments before the heart starts to pump more vigoriously, there's a momentary drop in BP/oxygen to the brain, so you feel dizzy. It's a lack of oxygen to the brain you're feeling.
Solution: Stand up slower.
P.S. The green hair is waaay cool!

^^yes basically.
To add to sam's point... i have this problem too, the last time i was at the doctors i asked, and she basically said 'kid you have low blood pressure just deal with it'.
I mean it makes sence.. if it's not being pumped into your head with as much preasure as other people, then it's going to drain out of ur head when you stand up faster.

sounds like blood pressure mate. try getting up slower. also exercise more and get the blood circulating. u may also try putting ur head between ur legs for a few seconds, then get up. it could just be little blood flowing to your head. be sure ur no diabetic tho also try snacking in between meals on something healthy
