Calf Muscle Pain

Ok, the case is this, i've moved to a friend's apartment for the time we're emptying our house, and over here there's much more kids than at the house i used to live at, so I've ended up running around a lot playing 'Cops and Robbers', 'Catch' etc.

This would be alright, i love running around, but a problem has come, every time i run, my calf muscles ( at the back below your knee) start aching.

I'm starting to think, is this caused by running too much, running on concrete or is it just growth.

Anyhow, it's quite annoying, and i want to get rid of it. Any tips, opinions?

Have you tried just stretching it out at all?? I know that that helps a lot when my muscles are aching.

Stretching might do the trick and have you ever thought you might be growing? this happened to me too. But i grew out of it.
