Female ejaculation is quite rare, and from what I understand, it's when the prostate gland (located in the urethra) is stimulated. There's a lot of research around it and what exactly the fluid is, but no conclusion yet. However, I do know that it is clear and odourless with traces of small amounts of protein, possibly from the urine that passes through the urethra.
